Order Processing
After your order is placed successfully, we will arrange a quality check before shipment to make sure your item is in good condition.
Quality Check Pictures, also known as QC photos, will be sent to you via WhatsApp or email within 1–3 business days. Please review the QC photos carefully before shipment.
If you are not satisfied with the QC photos, we can help you replace the item with another pair or cancel the order before it is shipped. Once you confirm the QC photos, we will pack and ship your order as soon as possible.
